Zack is a 2 1/2 year old male red tail boa. He is eating frozen/ thawed rats. This snake is easy to handle although he will get bigger. Right now he is about 5 feet long. The Northern California Herpetological Society accepts unwanted pet reptiles and provides them with vet checks and supportive care as needed. Adopters are expected to be familiar with the care and handling of the species. We are based in Sacramento, CA, and do not ship animals. A donation of $30 is requested to help cover our vet costs.
